John Whitgift Foundation office staff recently spent a lovely sunny morning volunteering alongside other local volunteers to support the upkeep of Whitgift Field in Sanderstead.
John Whitgift Foundation is proud to partner with the Downlands Trust to support nature recovery and public access to this part of the Sanderstead to Whyteleafe Countryside Area.
The Foundation owns a variety of land in the borough as part of its endowment, which is used for the most part to fund bursaries for children to attend our schools who otherwise couldn’t afford to do so.
